Children are a Priority at Cornerstone
As a Church, we are totally committed to our children. We seeour little ones as precious gifts from God richly deserving our best efforts to raise them to love and respect Our Triune God and The Bible, The Word of God. We assist and encourage our parents and others of our church to understand the urgency of our Children’s Ministry. We are blessed with adults who give of their time and intellect to teach and love our children.
We welcome new children and their parents. We especially encourage all to consider serving in this loving ministry. Caring, reaching, loving and incorporating into the body of Christ is our concern for our children as well as their parents. As The Bible makes clear, Jesus had precious time for the children, and that he taught that a “child’s faith” is the model of adult Christian Faith.

 

Children's Sunday School at Cornerstone

We are a curriculum driven Sunday School. That means we have an overall plan of education for our children from age 3 to Age 12 when they are then promoted to our Youth Program. Our classes are fun-filled and age appropriate. Our philosophy is that young children are capable of learning when taught properly. We also understand that to keep the attention of our young ones, learning must involve some fun as well. We do both exceptionally well because of the caliber of our curriculum and our faithful teachers.

The Show Me Jesus Curriculum is world renowned, and thoroughly Biblical Based, with the presentation of the unfolding story of Christ, the promised Savior. It presents Jesus as the focal point of Scripture, from Genesis to Revelation.
